A convention centre combining an international standard with Tyrolean charm. The distances are short, the layout clear and all the facilities under one roof. Above all, we attach great importance to personal service, so that every function is an occassion in itself - a real event. From classical to modern: It was 1973, when one of the most modern conference centres in Europe was built in Innsbruck. About 20 years later it was extended almost by half. Today, following the merger with the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre in 2004, even more facilities and space are available. The varied range of halls offers the right atmosphere for every occasion from 20 to 3000 guests and even more. Since 2007 a very new location is offered on top next to Innsbruck - the congresspark igls.

A merger to form the Congress and Messe Innsbruck GmbH as a single company took place in June 2004 between the two enterprises Congress Innsbruck and Innsbrucker Messen. With the use of numerous synergies and with the bundled powers of the now united and already successful firms, Innsbruck as an international congress destination and trade fair location since then has further developed in the future. The trade fair complex, with 40,000 square metres of exhibition space, nine modern halls, a trade fair exhibition hall, a press centre and two restaurants offers local and international firms an ideal forum for an attractive display of services. The extensive round of events indicates the multifaceted possibilities of the Messe Innsbruck: commercial exhibitions and trade fairs, firms’ and product presentations, art exhibitions, social events and numerous other events mark the centrally located complex within walking distance of the historic Old Town with its world-famous attractions. 1.6 million tourists stay overnight annually in Innsbruck and are as equally enthusiastic as the five million daytime visitors.
